great way to pass power from the hinge jamb to the door and have no exposed wires or cords. We
maintain an inventory of CAT modified Rixson M19 and CATâ€˜s own intermediate pivot hinge. The
customer may also supply their hinge for modification.

that require automatic door openers. The device may be continuously energized allowing for a push/pull
condition if desired.
The exit device trim modifications are perfect for stairwell conditions or applications where electric
pullback of exit deviceâ€™s latchbolt is cost prohibitive or not required. This is especially practical in
applications where fire/life safety codes require a â€œfail safeâ€ condition which is not an option with
electrified latch pullback devices. Because the current draw is quite low, there is no need for a more
expensive power supply to provide the surge current.

where a â€œbrand nameâ€ electrified products is not specified or required yet a high quality and

The SW3 power supply is a low cost, regulated switching power supply. It is designed specially to
supply power to low current DC devices such as mortise locks, cylindrical locks and electric strikes.
The SW3 comes in a 8â€ x 7â€ x 3.5â€ sturdy metal enclosure.
